we offer a 30-day guarantee on your first tube so you can try poda with confidence.
you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.
this applies only to your first order.
how it works
if you don’t love it, email us at hello@drinkpoda.com and we’ll take care of it.
if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

what’s covered
- your first tube only
- refund issued for the tube price you paid
- original shipping costs are non-refundable
- if multiple tubes were ordered; only one will be refunded
a few notes
- refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- we may ask a couple quick questions to improve the product
- we don’t offer refunds on repeat orders
damages or issues
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@drinkpoda.com and we’ll make it right.
exchanges
we currently don’t offer exchanges; but we’ll always help resolve any issues.
eu customers
if your order is shipped to the european union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery. the item must be unused and in original packaging.
refund timing
once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
it may take a few business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
